Graphic Designer

Job overview:
We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer for our Barcelona office.

Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, your main responsibilities will be to create and produce visual communication supports to promote the ESL Brand inside and outside the company.

Main tasks:
  • Under the responsibility of the Graphic Design Manager and according to our guidelines, you will be in charge of:
  • Designing content in multiple languages for printed media 
(brochures, posters, press ads, flyers, stands, etc.)
  • Designing content in multiple languages for digital media 
(banners, newsletters, social media, etc.)
  • Being proactive and creative in side projects campaigns 
 
Your technical skills:
  • You master design software and web editing tools (Adobe CS, Office, Web, iGoogle, e-mail…)
  • You have good InDesign skills for Editorial Design.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a communication agency or in a similar position 
 
Your professional and personal skills:
  • You are a creative person
  • You possess organization skills
 and a sense of responsibility
  • You have a good adaptability and stress management
  • You are fast, methodical, rigorous, reliable and an autonomous team member
  • You are able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment
  • You are a fluent English speaker. In addition to this, a very good level of French is considered a big plus; any other language (Spanish, German, Italian or other) is considered a plus

IT Support Specialist

Job overview
We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide support to users as well as daily operations of the IT and telecom infrastructure of the offices, external offices, schools and camps of the group.
 

Main tasks:
  • Computer training for new users, initial and on-going
  • Maintenance of the user knowledge base (IT Wiki)
  • Update of technical documentation
  • Manages orders, inventory management and inventory tracking of computer and   telephone equipment
  • Workstation installation and support
  • Changes weekly backup disks
  • Organizes and manages computer and telecommunications equipment for the camps
  • Ensures effective liaison with the ESL IT Manager and IT Systems Engineer, who assume the 3rd level support.
  • Participates in the picket service in collaboration with the other members of the ESL team.
  • Ensures effective communication with all ESL departments, with ESL IT team, with the general management and with suppliers based in European countries where ESL is present.


Your experience:
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Professional degree in IT 

 
Technical skills
  • 3 years’ minimum experience in IT support
  • Mac OSX client and server
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of basic networking
  • Basic telephony knowledge 

 
Soft skills

Your mission will be to develop the sales of education programmes for an international clientele by means of written price quotes, phone calls and personalised interviews.
 
Main tasks:
  • Advising clients and selling personalised language stays, in English (mainly via telephone, email or in person)
  • Analysing and addressing clients’ demands, depending on their needs
  • Providing clients with written quotes in person, via telephone or via email

SEA Specialist

Job overview
ESL is seeking a SEA specialist to cultivate and grow our online presence. Reporting to the SEA and UX Manager, the ideal candidate will be accountable for the planning, execution, analysis, optimization, reporting and budget control on our paid traffic activities in our 16 markets. The ideal candidate will be mastering Adwords and Bing, both search and display, as well as Google Analytics, besides strong knowledge on other acquisition channels.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the overall growth for leads and audience for digital channels, mainly SEA but also Remarketing, Display, Social Media Advertising and Affiliation, based on a strict budget control.
  • Accountable for budget and lead forecast
  • Work with the online team to optimize ROI of all paid digital marketing by measuring, managing, and analyzing performance of campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of paid search campaigns, visibility and traffic metrics.
  • Analyze client audience, competitors, market and trends to improve optimization
  • KPI’s monitoring, reporting and analysis of results, detect and propose improvements
  • Assisting on the creation of marketing materials (banners, e-mailings, landing pages) working closely with Design and Web teams.


Requirements
  • 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on Google AdWords and Bing managing multilingual accounts for different markets.
  • Deep knowledge of online digital acquisition channels both search and performance display.
  • Deep knowledge of Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager. Ability to learn and use new digital tools and platforms.
  • Experience on A/B testing tools and methodology.
  • Very strong skills in Excel
  • Performance and KPI driven, analytic mindset. No data no party.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, good trouble-shooter.
  • Accomplished range of skills, from creativity to detailed operational execution.
  • Strong in teamwork.
  • Native in 1) German or 2) Italian and English is a must, Spanish is a plus.

ESL is seeking a SEO Manager to lead the SEO and SMO strategies within the company and to prepare and optimise all websites in order to ensure their health (backlinks, technical SEO), visibility (traffic, rankings) and performance.
 
Main tasks:

SEO & SMO strategies
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy by developing the on-site and offsite SEO optimisation of the ESL websites, with the objectives of improving visibility.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all ESL assets, in accordance with the Online Marketing strategy as established together with the Head of Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive online creative content strategy that supports the SEO objectives.
  • Track, compile and analyse the SEO data of ESL websites and produce reports and recommendations.
  • Support emailing campaigns coordination throughout all our markets. 
 
Management
  • Responsible for recruiting, managing and training the Regional Online Marketing team.
  • Supervise and coach the Regional Online Marketing team with their activities
  • Mentor, inform, train and support the various departments (Online Marketers, Web, Product, Sales) in being compliant with SEO/SMO industry guidelines and on best practices.
  • Manage budgets related to SEO, Outreach & SMO strategies. 

 
Your professional skills and experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in marketing, communication or business management.
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in SEO and SMO.
  • You are experienced as a team leader and you have a natural leadership.
  • You possess a strong understanding of SEO/SMO process and have a passion for overall Internet marketing.
